SP Jain School of Global Management Executive MBA (Online) allows students to enjoy all the benefits of an on-campus degree in an 100% online teaching. Delivered using SP Jain’s latest innovation – Engaged Learning Online (ELO) – the 18-month online MBA program uses a blend of today’s most cutting-edge emerging technologies to bring the dynamism and engagement of the SP Jain classroom online and in real time.
The program is highly flexible and structured in a way to help students find a balance between study, work and family life. It easily adapts to busy lifestyles and enables you to allot adequate time to your academic, professional and personal commitments while you pursue your MBA.
SP Jain is registered as a Higher Education Provider by the Australian government’s national higher education regulator – the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). On successful completion of the program, you will be conferred an Australian degree. This enhances the international value of your degree and gives your career a global impetus.
SP Jain is a private provider that established its first international campus in Dubai in 2004 with the objective to focus on global learning. Today the company has four campuses (Mumbai, Dubai, Singapore and Sydney) and in 2018 had a total of nearly 800 MBA students across three different programs.
SP Jain’s EMBA (Online) is delivered in three phases:
- PHASE 1: Essentials of Management
- PHASE 2: Practice of Management
- PHASE 3: Cross-functional Management
The program kicks off with 17 core courses that build a solid foundation for more specialised learning in the later phases of the program.
Given the increasing need for business leaders to have specialist knowledge, we provide a comprehensive range of electives targeting your own careers. These electives, taken in phase two of the program, are what you actually need; they provide you with the opportunity to broaden your knowledge base, stay up-to-date with current market trends and address sector-specific challenges.
In the third phase of learning, you will hone your problem-solving and decision-making skills by applying the lessons learnt in the classroom to real-life corporate scenarios. Academic learning culminates with a research project.
After completing the core courses, you have the option to customise your education by choosing to specialise in an area targeting your career. Each specialisation offers an intensive curriculum that combines functional knowledge management with decision-making tools and frameworks, and real-world learning experiences with industry experts. Depending on your professional aspirations, you can choose from any one of our cutting-edge specialisations:
- General Management
To major in a specialisation, you must opt for 4 courses in the same specialisation. Those interested in the General Management route can choose 6 courses from across the Finance, Marketing and Operations specialisations.
What S P Jain School of Global Management Says
Our students participate in special global learning classes where business frameworks are studied and tested. They interact with local companies and conduct real-time application-based projects that help them really understand the interconnected nature of business, the influence and impact of culture on consumer preferences and business decisions, global collaboration and best practices, and the risks of stepping out of one’s home country.
In addition to the global knowledge gained, students learn to be adaptable, multicultural and globally relevant to companies of the 21st century. The Masters degree that you are pursuing has to prepare you to make critical decisions. After all, decision-making is the lifeblood of a business manager. At SP Jain, students learn to master this skill uniquely – through the use of highly advanced computer-aided simulations. These simulations are embedded in the program curriculum and conducted over the course of the program, resulting in graduates who are able to think on their feet and make quick, smart decisions from the get-go.
S P Jain is accredited for its Global MBA program by ABEST21, The Alliance on Business Education and Scholarship for Tomorrow, Japan.
